Amaze builds autism understanding in the community, influences policy change for Autistic people and their families/supporters, and provides independent, credible information and resources to individuals, families, professionals, government and the wider community.
Curtin Autism Research Group is one of the largest cross faculty research groups at Curtin University, and includes academics, clinicians, student’s lay-persons and people living with autism.
This group is led by Prof Sonya Girdler, who leads research of global significance focused on participation, the school years and transitioning from school, employment, peer mentoring, social skills training, strengths-based approaches, mental health and supports for families.
Amherst Psychology is an autistic-led team of compassionate and down-to-earth mental health practitioners located in Canning Vale.
We offer neurodiversity-affirming and evidence-based therapy and assessments to improve the wellbeing of children, adolescents and adults.
Our experienced practitioners can help with a wide range of concerns including trauma, depression, anxiety and panic, grief and loss, parenting, depression, relationship distress and work-related stress.

Autism CRC is the independent national source of evidence for best practice related to autism across the lifespan and the spectrum; thier vision is to see autistic people with equity and opportunity. Autism CRC’s mission is to listen, learn, and lead the translation of evidence to create positive change for autistic people and the community, working in partnerships with autistic individuals, disability organisations, universities education and health professionals, industry and government.
Positive Partnerships is a national project funded by the Australian Government Department of Education. We’re delivered by Aspect (Autism Spectrum Australia).
